Symposium 8 plans
Our Winter 2010 Symposium will consider the impact of oil scarcity on work. What will happen to work practices, technologies and workplaces in the year 2020 if oil prices return to or exceed the highs of 2008? Symposium attendees will explore these questions and come up with a collective vision of what work will look like by 2020.

The event will be held February 14th through 17th in Santa Clara, California. Thanks to the gracious hospitality of Ann Zis and Applied Materials, the symposium will be held at their Santa Clara headquarters in the heart of Silicon Valley.
